  2. Looks like you were here yesterday, we had a foggy morning and I went antiquing too! Came home with another old camera-I love them and can't stop buying them, the inexpensive ones anyway. They are like little pieces of art and bring back fun memories. I think it would be fun to open my own antique store :)

    1. Old cameras are so cool. You're right, they are like little pieces of art! I love old photos too and always wonder about the lives of the subjects in the photos.

  3. Oh I do miss some of the Montana antiquing! We are having unusually warm weather here...60's tomorrow and Sunday.

    1. I bet there's some good antiquing there too Danni. I'd really love to spend some time in New England antique shops. Most stuff here doesn't have quite the history of that area.

    1. The building is an old 4 story hotel converted to antique mall, and honestly I get so overwhelmed when I go in there (in a good way) that I have trouble settling on my purchases. My mom did get a few little trinkets though.

  5. Just visited all your last few posts and enjoyed each one. Now I have to go get out my Tasha books :) I treasure her work. We are having lots of rain today and I have lit some candles on the mantle. In Girl Scouts one year I made some candles by taking a milk carton, filling it with crushed ice and a wick in the middle, then pouring hot wax on the ice....fun! Loved all of your photos!!! xx from Gracie

    1. Someone else told me about the "ice candles" and I think that sounds really fun. I'm hoping to try it all out after Thanksgiving. For now my days are all full of visiting and turkey talk and whatnot.
